nursery teaser

I'm that lame friends that promised to post nursery pics a while back. (Awhile is an understatement, yes.) I'm also the lame mom who had her baby two months ago and still doesn't have the nursery done.

I know. I know.

It's not my fault. It's this pesky quilt. It's refusing to cooperate. My goal is to finish it this weekend. And maybe move around those pictures I've been thinking about.

But since I figured there'd be a blogsphere coup if I didn't post something soon... (yes, I've been getting your not-so-subtle hints) here are some teasers to leave you with for the weekend.

I promise I'll have real pictures up by next Friday. But if I don't blog between now and then, pray for me because it's probably because I'm busy calling my quilt all sorts of bad names.

ooo, so exciting! I, too, did not have my nursery finished in time. I knew the baby would be hanging with us for awhile, so I just procrastinated. Know that you're not alone! Can't wait to see the quilt! you rock with your crafty self!

I don't know if I can come back. This teaser is enough to make me feel woefully inadequate (yes, that's right it's all about me, I can't just be happy for Eli that he has what appears to be an absolutely Anthropologie-worthy nursery).

Oh Karen, it's DECADENT. I have been looking for the perfect alphabet decor. Haven't found it yet. Might just have found it in your nursery. LOVE it.

Ooooh, cannot wait for the big reveal!

Can I move in? It looks gorgeous. My nursery isn't done and I had my baby three years ago.

Summoning you to Pittsburgh to do something with Quatro's nursery area! I love the sneak peek and can't wait to see it all put together!

And don't I know more than a little something about procrastination....it's all I've done this last week or two!

obviously taking your time is worth every minute. I've seen glimpses IRL, but look forward to the final effect. You have great taste and skills and Eli is so lucky to have you as his mom and decorator!

Love the teasers, cannot wait to see the final result! You definitely have a knack for design. I now know that you will never see either of my girls' barely decorated room, too embarrassing! I think they need the Karen touch!

Amy, love your comment (it's all about me!).
