am i in el paso?

I checked the weather this morning to find out what to wear with the new Bella Bands I got in the mail yesterday. And this is what I heard:
"Coming from the northwest is a large patch of snow that will be brought in with gusty winds, as high as 50 mph."
Or something like that. My response, as I looked out the window at the clear blue sky? "Whatever."

And then an hour later I took some pictures.
It should also be said that on Saturday we had a record high of 79 degrees. Which didn't surprise me since I was hot in my shorts at the dog park.

So today my black lace Bella Band is neatly hidden under my wool sweater. And I've decided that El Paso is officially the craziest place I've ever lived. Did I mention the wind?

Wow! I guess at least you were able to see some snow this winter...

that is crazy and I'm so happy you got your bella band with the lace!!!! Man, they made those after I discovered them and bought mine.

ooo, i did see the Boppy total care pillow on diapers.com and wrote a review.

May I suggest it as a wonderful sleeping companion... it will eliminate the "bunny pillow phenomenon" that seems to occur during pregnancy. This phenomenon is recognized by the continual reproduction of pillows in the bed throughout a woman's pregnancy. beware!

i remember you had written about it in an earlier entry, so thanks for the reference! what a great place.

Wish bella bands were around when I was prego a 100 years ago. May have to buy one anyway if I don't get my hiney on the treadmill again soon.

Oh, and is that some random house picture on top, or is that base housing in El Paso? DR

Judi here: We're having roughly the same weather here in good 'ole ABQ! So when are you coming for a visit?? By the way, I think you should call 'em Stella Bands...

OK, I admit that the snow might lead you to question your where abouts, but one look at your back yard should remove all doubt.
Hello Southwest! Now I get what you meant about the rock wall. Is that rock grass as well?

I never had a Bella band either, but I imagine that they are extremely nice to have and useful.

Weather is a crazy thing. While you have snow in El Paso we have sixty five degrees and sunshine in PITTSBURGH!

Craziness.

So, how about some info regarding things you are hoping to get for this bambino of yours?

Inquiring stalker minds want to know....

A bella band with lace sounds so cool! I hope I never have to dig out my maternity clothes again - I think they would just be embarrasing. I liked that picture of the snow, but really want to see a picture of you sportin' the bella band!

I always heard so many great things about the bella band & I never bought it. I wish I had, I'd be wearing now for those shirts that just aren't long enough.
Can't wait to see more preggers pics. :-)

And what's up with the weather this year. Last week it was spring here, and now I'm freezing my tail off!
